Christina Skoubridou is Project Manager at Envolve Entrepreneurship in Greece and is responsible for EU Programs, public relations with EU partners as well as the induction of design methods for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Christina holds an MBA, while she is certified expert in design driven innovation and certified facilitator in Lego Serious Play Method. Her expertise is focused on design-enabled innovation processes, methods and tools, with particular reference to their introduction in new fields and to the ways in which their adoption can be combined with systemic and organisational change.
In the last years she applied design methods and tools to the experimentation of innovative services for human centered cites, to social innovation, to the innovation of business models, and to the generation of new business.
Shas been actively working as the coordinator and research member for various EU‐funded research projects within the Horizon 2020 programme (DesignShots, CODIS, DCS, EISS, DCM, Tourism ID, DestinationUX, SmartFI), COSME programmes (SeePlatform, Design4Europe, Worth Partnership Project) and Territorial Cooperation Programmes (Design4Innovation, RegionArts, innovaFi,CCI4Tourism). She has also worked on applied research and consulting for many companies and institutions, coordinating projects at different levels: innovation processes, methods and tools; innovation and business strategies; product portfolio management; new product and service development including the designing and running of the Cultural Entrepreneurship Hub of Thessaloniki founded by the Goethe Institute and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
